Case study: Adam Heath House, Lincoln

This scheme of nine flats in Lincoln will provide low-level support for vulnerable adults and small families.

LEAP, a local social housing charity, approached Pelham to deliver a full development service, from land acquisition through to completion and scheme work audit. Our development team worked closely with LEAP to secure the required funding from Homes England.

The scheme was completed at the end of 2021 with residents moving in in November that year.

“We’re a small registered provider delivering supported housing to vulnerable homeless people. Adam Heath House was our first scheme funded through Homes England. Pelham took away the stress and navigated us through the process. Their knowledge and expertise meant that the scheme ran efficiently without any major hurdles. Once completed, Homes England selected our scheme for auditing; Pelham took responsibility, and it sailed through. It is an invaluable service for any small provider.”
