Welcome to George

Our new architect 

We’re delighted to welcome George to the team at Pelham.

George is an ARB-registered architect, having joined the register in January 2025. He brings a strong academic foundation with a Part 3 Postgraduate Diploma from the University of Nottingham, and MArch from the University of Kent, and a BA (Hons) in Architecture from Oxford Brookes University.

Before joining us, George worked in the private sector, with a focus on heritage and conservation projects, particularly in the field of adaptive reuse. He also has experience in private domestic architecture, giving him a broad perspective on design, detail, and client care.

George made the decision to move into social housing to pursue work with greater social impact, aiming to contribute to well-designed, affordable homes. This ethos aligns strongly with our values at Pelham, where we believe good design should be accessible to all.

We’re excited to have George on board and look forward to the positive contribution he will make to our projects and clients.
