Pelham Architects unveils new design for Pelham Homes

Pelham Architects is proud to unveil our latest design for Pelham Homes, a stunning new residential development in the charming village of Old Dalby, Leicestershire. This thoughtfully planned scheme, named Dalby Gate, will deliver 25 beautifully designed homes, including a mix of 2, 3, and 4-bedroom houses and bungalows.

The development is located on Station Road in Old Dalby. A new access road leads through the narrow part of the site with strong landscaped verges and an area of public open space, to a secluded developable area at the rear of the site which opens out on to open countryside.
