Clifton shortlisted for awards

We’re delighted to announce that our flagship mixed-use development for NCHA has been shortlisted for a prestigious award at the Insider Media East Midlands Property Dinner Awards 2025.

Our regeneration scheme at Farnborough Road, Clifton has been shortlisted for Regeneration and Restoration Project of the Year. This project saw the transformation of a former college site into a vibrant new community – delivering high-quality, affordable homes and a modern new workplace. Designed in-house by our talented Pelham architectural team and brought to life by Geda Construction, the development showcases how thoughtful design can revitalise a neighbourhood.

To celebrate, we’re unveiling a new drone video of the Farnborough Road project. The footage offers a stunning aerial view of the design, scale, and positive community impact this flagship scheme has achieved.

These nominations are a testament to the vision, skill, and dedication of our architects, our colleagues across the business, and our valued partners who helped bring Farnborough Road from concept to completion.

The winners will be announced at the black-tie ceremony on Thursday 11 September at the De Vere East Midlands Conference Centre, Nottingham.
