Celebrating our success
Pelham Architects recognised for excellence
Pelham Architects continues to make its mark on the East Midlands architectural landscape, earning prestigious recognition for its innovative and community-focused designs.
We’ve been named a finalist in the East Midlands Bricks Awards by Business Link Magazine, competing for the coveted title of East Midlands Architect of the Year. This honour highlights Pelham’s outstanding contribution to the built environment across the region.
This nomination follows a recent win at the Insider Midlands Residential Property Awards 2025, where Pelham Architects played a pivotal role in securing the Social Housing Award for two transformative developments in partnership with Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA):
Farnborough Road, Clifton – A vibrant mixed-use scheme featuring 56 homes for older people, 14 supported living apartments, and a new office for NCHA.
Mansfield Road, Alfreton – A thoughtfully designed development of 34 energy-efficient homes, prioritising affordability and sustainability.
Both projects were praised for their design quality and positive impact on local communities, reinforcing Pelham’s reputation for delivering architecture that enhances lives.
The East Midlands Bricks Awards ceremony will take place on Thursday 2nd October at the iconic Trent Bridge Cricket Ground in Nottingham, celebrating the achievements of property and construction professionals across Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, and Northamptonshire.
Pelham Architects looks forward to joining fellow finalists and industry leaders at the event, celebrating the power of architecture to shape better futures.
