We celebrate success at the Insider Residential Property Awards

We’re proud to announce that Pelham played a key role in winning the Social Housing Award at the Insider Midlands Residential Property Awards 2025, held at Edgbaston Stadium on Wednesday 25 June.

The award recognises the impact of two standout social housing schemes we designed in partnership with NCHA, each reflecting our commitment to creating well-designed, affordable homes that enhance lives and communities across the East Midlands.

The winning developments include:

Farnborough Road, Clifton – this mixed-use scheme creates a vibrant community space with 56 homes for older people, 14 supported living apartments, and a brand-new office for NCHA.

Mansfield Road, Alfreton – this scheme of 34 energy-efficient homes showcases our focus on long-term affordability and design quality.

We’re delighted that our architectural vision has contributed to these award-winning outcomes for NCHA. This recognition is a testament to the power of thoughtful design, strong partnerships, and a shared commitment to delivering homes and neighbourhoods where people can truly thrive.
