Pelham is a social enterprise and an experiences East Midlands housing developer, dedicated to designing, developing and delivering new homes that strengthen local communities. Any surplus we generate is reinvested back into providing more homes, ensuring everything we do creates long‑term social value.

As part of Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA), our team has over 50 years of experience in delivering well‑designed, sustainable homes for people across the East Midlands. We work in more than 30 local authority areas and develop homes of all tenures, including affordable and social rent, supported housing, shared ownership and outright sale.

Our in‑house architects, project managers and development specialists work with a wide range of partners, from local authorities to housing associations, providing end-to-end development services that bring their ambitions to life.
